Patty Ware is an emerging writer who is older than this term implies. She spent her professional life working in the social service and juvenile justice fields. Semi-retired, Patty is enjoying writing non-bureaucratic poetry, essays and short stories. When she and her husband aren’t enjoying the high desert warmth and beauty of Bisbee, Arizona, she lives, hikes and writes in Juneau, Alaska. She is blessed with two children, Lauren and Luke.
